Tesla has a cryptocurrency history:

In 2021, the electric car manufacturer already accepted Bitcoin, but discontinued the payment option due to alleged environmental concerns.
At the time of writing, Dogecoin (DOGE) is trading at USD 0.09 with a price increase of 5.6 per cent in the last 24 hours.
So far, neither Tesla nor Elon Musk have commented on the speculation.
